Sorry this chapter cheat post is late! I meant to post it last night, but got side-tracked! But for those who still may need help, here you go:
Step 1: Open your folder to tab/page three. It says "Chapter 3. Alert - Herbert captured Dot! His crabs are searching the island for EPF personnel. Watch your backs. Stay focused agent. Use this Plasma Laser to reach Security Terminal 3. Nothing can stand in your way.":
Step 2: Equip the plasma laser...:
Step 3: You're now able to walk across the vent freely...:
Step 3 1/2: ...So walk to the next exit:
Step 4: Walk down the laser room vent to the NEXT exit :p :
Step 5: Until you reach the next sector. Click the Security terminal:
Step 6: ...Select yes:
Step 7: Then move the pieces in the order shown:
Step 8: You'll now have the next layer added to your pin. :D :

Mini Step 2: The next sector, just walk up, yet again, the folder will pop up. When you close it...:
Mini Step 3: You're in the next sector! If you go to the Security terminal..:
Mini Step 4: Select yes...:
Mini Step 5: ...and Move the pieces like so...:
Mini Step 6: You'll earn the next pin (only works with this one!):
**WARNING: THIS MAY JUST BE ME, BUT IT SENDS MY PIN OUT OF MY INVENTORY, AND I HAVE TO START AT SECTOR ONE AND MAKE MY WAY BACK TO EARN IT AGAIN! **
