Puffle trouble: What is that????

I was watching puffle trouble and noticed something! There was this racoon-mario-puffle looking thingy during most of the video:

What is that? I'm possibly just out of the loop, comment if you know. It looks like it would be used on the earth day celebration or Halloween...IDK.  Well, maybe it will come out later!
