Every year the Club Penguin community helps us decide how we divide up a significant donation to worthy causes around the world. For this year's Coins For Change, we're giving $1 million USD!

There will be three different causes to choose from:

• Provide Medical Help
• Protect the Earth
• Build Safe Places

New logout picture!

Club penguin posted a new log out picture, and it looks like you can be puffles (like the puffle party!) and wear costumes! Check it out:

Cool, right?! I'm excited, because this means "Cool in the Cold" will be out soon! It seems that I can't get onto Club Penguin, it loads and then just shows a blue screen, I cant even press "play now". Though my siblings can and do. :p I'll be messaging them soon so I can hold more parties!

Operation Blackout Breaks Records!

Hey there, Penguins!

Big news! With all the excitement for Operation Blackout and the epic finale launching today, we've had over 1.8 million Penguins log in during the last 24 hours - a new record! Club Penguin is bigger than ever, and we couldn't have done it without you guys!


For those who haven't logged in yet, we still need your help to defeat Herbert. Gear up in your Lava Boots and help us take him down. There are rumors going around that if you help defeat Herbert, the Director will reveal his identity to you. Or is it her identity?

With the record traffic, I know some people have seen some glitches today. Sorry about that. The team are all over it and should have them all fixed soon. Thanks for hanging in there.

Fun Stuff Update - PSA Mission Archive

Greetings Agents.

As many of you know, Herbert P. Bear has destroyed the EPF Headquarters, along with the VR Room.

I can't say too much yet, but the team's got some big ideas for the EPF in the future (Stay tuned to the blog and I'll update you when I have more information).

We know how much you guys love the PSA Missions and wanted to make sure you're able to access them. We'll be adding the old PSA Missions soon to the Fun Stuff section, so you can play them if you want.

Official Club Penguin Annual 2013 available in the UK!

Hiya!

Daffo here. I just wanted to tell all you UK players out there that this year's Official Club Penguin Annual is out in the shops now!

I was just having a look through it myself and I was happy to see that it's got a load of puzzles and quizzes, including a cool Secret Agent Exam (obviously I got all the questions right… well, almost). My favourite bit was probably designing my own EPF scene - I love drawing!

It’s available to buy now from WHSmith and other bookshops in the UK. Keep your eye out for the special unlock-able items for your penguin…

Me and my siblings met Herbert on the Dutch server: "Gloves"!

Today, my brother and sister woke up after I did ( a VERY rare ocassion, I'm a por nightowl :3 ) so I suprised them by helping them meet herbert! We all added him - FINALLY! (He wouldnt add me, took like 15 minutes!) We also got his background, I got great pics, check it out:

Snowy Rooms

Today, the thermometer is at it's lowest peek of the day, check out all the rooms: (I cant seem to log in on english servers today, so I logged on spanish. :p )

This says: "Crabs you to ambush laid a penguin jet - pack caught him. Everything seems to be very dark, but we can not fail. (So, they caught jet pack guy, sorry for the sloppy translation). The last security terminal is protected by a smoke screen. Put these goggles to see through smoke. No darkness shall blind us." ( So, put on the goggles and lets roll.)

 

After you have them on, walk through sector 4's door and into..:

Acess the security panel...:

 

...and use this to help you:

 

 

When your done, you have full access:

 

So walk out...: 

 

...The door is open! Dont wait until tomorrow, use the glitch to get in like before (to get wher gary is):

Party pics and Winner of the membership!

Thanks for making the party awesome! Alot of people just drifted in at different times, but for my blog that has only been up for 2 months, its was a pretty good turnout! Here are a few pics I took of the party:

It was sooo much fun! We partied, had nachos and candy, played music, and danced. But now, the...

 

It was a hard choice, and as I said before: "You have to be at the party to get a chance to win the one month membership!" I had many penguins come in, but the winner is....:

Thanksgiving Party: Try #2

So, it was a no show. :'( Just me, my brother, and two random people came. I stayed for an hour, so Im going to host a second one, at 4:30 EST.  Here's the info:

When you log out today-tommorow, it will show a new log-out pic:

 

It says, "Agent: Return Nov. 22! Get your Smoke Goggles to slip past Herbert's smoke screen." Cool right?! Come back Nov. 22 to move to chapter 5 and stop Herbert!

"I see you!" glitch!

Today I was at sector 4 of Herbert's hq and found ALOT of penguins (probably coming home from school) trying to go through! There were so many it made a white bar under them:

 

When you walk across into (Sector 5??) the next room, you can see into that room, just without background color! Here are two pictures of penguins walking around and trying to get across (I promise, absolutely not any editing!):

 

Weird right? When I went to go see herbert on the French servers, and people crushed into the door, this happened too! I must be because there's so many penguins!

many of you wanted to know how they can stop the best and Herbert track. Some rumors that he will be at the following times on the way to check whether all the penguins follow its new rules:

Thursday 22, November at 16.30 clock (Central European Time) - Server Gloves
Friday 23, November at 17:15 clock (Central European Time) - Server avalanche
Wednesday 28, Clock November at 16:00 (Central European Time) - Server Matterhorn

It is asking a lot of teamwork, so gather together with as many agents as possible.

Since we announced that Herbert would be appearing online, many of you have asked when you could have a chance to meet the dreaded polar bear.

Here are a few times when Herbert will be logged on:

• Wednesday, November 21: Jack Frost @ 12:15pm PST
• Thursday, November 22: Mammoth @ 11:00am PST
